Day 1
Your first day takes you to Big Rock Candy Mountain, where you will set up your camp,
wash up and have lunch before beginning your adventure. The Sevier River flows through scenic Marysvale
valley, surrounded by mountain peaks rising up to 12,189 feet. It then enters Marysvale Canyon and begins
a drop of 60 feet per mile. The steep canyon walls present a scenic backdrop with formations and
sheer cliffs rising 500 feet above the rivers course.
You will be an integral part of a team navigating your raft through these exciting rapids. Depending on
water conditions and runoff levels, you can choose between a raft or a kayak, but be prepared to get wet.
Back at camp we will enjoy a hard-earned dinner by the campfire before turning in for the night.
Day 2
After a hearty breakfast, you'll choose between an ATV's or mountain bikes. Navigate your own ATV on the
Paiute trail - where world class trail riding is standard. This trail system is over 300 miles, and
you'll get to sample a taste of it. If you'd prefer a mountain bike, the area provides great trail
riding, and the streams and pine trees give spectacular scenery around every turn.
Next you'll travel to Bryce Canyon National Park, where erosion has shaped colorful sandstone
into thousands of spires, fins, pinnacles, and mazes. These formations are collectively called "hoodoos".
The Navajo or Bristlecone Loop and Queens Garden trails are just a few of the great hiking options
available. Our accommodations for this evening are located just outside of Zion National Park at the
beatiful Coral Pink Sand Dunes. The only sand dune on the Colorado Plateau, its colors change and glow
in the sunsets. This area is a photographer's paradise.
Day 3
The third day of this adventure takes you to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Here you can
hike along the rim of the Grand Canyon where spectacular views of this tremendous wonder of the
world abound. Visit the historic lodge and look out it’s giant windows to the canyon below, or
enjoy a Ranger talk by the stone fireplace. If you have time, take a horseback ride into
the canyon on one of the scenic trails. In the evening you will get the chance to experience
the Coral Pink Sand Dunes by moonlight. Night hikes are magical... try it barefoot and let
your toes sink into the pink sand. Dinner will be served and enjoyed around the campfire as we
enjoy the night sky.
Day 4
Your final day starts early as we head to Zion National Park. Zion grabs your focus with its sheer
sandstone walls and dramatic cliffs. After a quick stop at the Visitor's Center you will have the
opportunity to hike the Narrows (weather permitting), summit Angel's Landing or relax by the Virgin
River. Horseback riding is available while in Zion. For those wanting a break from hiking, the
free shuttle to Springdale offers restaurants and shopping with local artists flair. After a
good day of hiking, we will say goodbye to the canyons and return to Las Vegas.
